1. Shipping Policies:

  • Scope: We only ship within Mexico.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time will vary depending on location and shipping service selected. We will provide a tracking number so you can track your order.

  • Shipping Cost: Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and will depend on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the destination zip code.

  • Shipping Provider: We use the services of "Envia" which allows us to offer multiple shipping options through logistics operators such as FedEx, Estafeta, DHL, among others.

2. Return Policies:

  • Return Period: Customers may request a return within [number] calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

  • Return Conditions:

    • The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use and in its original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase must be presented.

  • Products with Manufacturing Defects: In the event of receiving a product with manufacturing defects, the customer must notify us within [number] calendar days from the date of receipt. We will proceed to replace the product with a new one if available. Otherwise, the full purchase amount will be refunded.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product has a manufacturing defect. In this case, we will be responsible for the shipping costs.

3. Cancellation policies:

  • Before Shipping: Customers may cancel their order without penalty before the product is shipped.

  • After Shipping: Once the order has been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel it. However, the customer can follow the instructions in our returns policy once they receive the product.

4. Refund policies:

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within [number] business days from receipt of the returned product.
